Your well-being is important to us
Our apartments are equipped with wooden flooring, beds and bedding suitable for allergy-sufferers, towels and dishcloths, telephone, cable-TV, internet access and free wi-fi, dishwasher, microwave, balcony or terrace, hairdryer and baby equipment.
Relax wonderfully
Our new wellness area invites you to spend relaxing hours in the sauna and the cosy relaxation room with heated beds. The use is of course free of charge.
Farm snug, recreation room, ski cellar…
In our cosy ancestral farm snug our tasty breakfast awaits our guests on request. You’re welcome to use our recreation room and our luggage & changing room. Your bike and skis can be stored in our bike & ski cellar with ski boot dryer.
Natural pleasure of the highest level
Enjoy a relaxing time in our spacious garden, right next to the cycle path. Unwind on our sun terrace, in our heated pool (open all year), let your children play happily in the meadows around the farm.
Farm adventure
A large playroom with learning games, a slide, a drawing table and a football table ensure great fun. Around the farm there’s also lots to see and do: the playground with trampoline, dolls’ house, football and volleyball court, covered, heated swimming pool (open all year), petting zoo…
A wealth of colourful children’s activities
A real farm holiday? Easy-peasy! Your little ones will have great fun on the many kids’ activities: free pony riding, torchlight walks and many more …
Bread roll service & breakfast buffet
On request we offer our guests a daily bread roll service (apartments), breakfast is included in our rooms. On request at an extra charge we offer a sumptuous breakfast buffet with our own farm produce, such as fresh farmer’s bread in our farmer’s snug for apartment guests too.
Free internet
You want to share your great holiday photos with friends and family back home whilst you’re still on holiday? Take advantage of our free wi-fi (in both houses).
Equipment rental
You can rent your hiking equipment hiking test centre Sport Klieber. Start your hikes right from the farm, simply cross over the cycle path in the desired direction, e.g. to the Bürgerbergalm or to the Reitlehenalm.
Washing machine & dryer
In our guest laundry room you will find a washing machine and dryer to wash your clothes (for a fee of € 6,-).
Parking spaces
So that your children can play and romp around carefree, the area directly in front of our farm is car-free. You can park your car in the free parking spaces a few metres above the Erbhof. Covered parking spaces are available for motorbikes. In winter the ski bus transports you free of charge to the ski lifts. In summer make use of the wanderbus with your free guest card for just € 1,00 per journey.
Salzburger Sportwelt Card
On arrival at the Obersulzberggut guests receive the Salzburger Sportwelt Card free of charge. This discount card entitles you to a number of reductions on a variety of sights & attractions in Salzburger Land. In addition you receive discounts on cable car and bathing lake tickets.
